Our solution:
Your cables for elevator/conveyor technology.

Our cables
will take you
safely to the top.

intro

At our company, we specialize in the construction and production of elevator and lift cables that are tailored to your specific needs and requirements. We work closely with you to develop a solution that is optimized for the expected load profile, carefully selecting the appropriate materials and cable systems, and incorporating support braids where necessary.

The commissioned cables can be printed according to customer requirements - for example with your company logo.

Insight I

No compromises when transporting people and objects.

Whether passenger elevators, freight elevators, panoramic elevators: the requirements for safety and reliability are high.

We know about the high mechanical stress that the cables in transport systems have to withstand - day after day, often with several hundred journeys per day. Our answer is an extremely high reverse bending strength that remains constant over the years. Cables developed by us are extremely robust and wear-resistant - even under changing climatic conditions.

Insight II

Security/
Fire Protection

The strict requirements in structural fire protection can make things difficult for many. However, when it comes to selecting permissible materials, we have a wide range of options and a lot of experience to draw upon.

Ensuring the safe wiring of elevators involves much more than just providing power while adhering to fire safety regulations. For example, communication lines must also be taken into account to ensure that emergency calls can be made in the event of a breakdown.

Technology

We manufacture the following cable and line types for use in elevator construction.

Driving speeds up to 10m/s

Round or flat cable, shielded or unshielded

Free suspension heights ranging from 30 to 80 meters; in the case of center feed, this results in travel heights of up to 160 meters.

Possible properties: halogen-free, flame-retardant, UV-resistant, flexible at low temperatures, oil-resistant, resistant to increased temperatures

Hybrid cable, shielded or unshielded according to customer requirements

Special designs according to customer specifications

Supporting elements made of natural fibers, aramid or steel

Support braids made of aramid, natural or synthetic fibers

Printing according to customer requirements, possibly also with your company logo

With roughened or low-adhesion surface

The product standard DIN EN 81 defines product properties, test methods, safety rules and performance criteria for the construction and installation of elevator systems

Elevator/conveyor technology — relief in the elevator shaft

step by step

Cables in the elevator shaft are subject to strong tensile forces caused by the free suspension height in the elevator shaft.

It is important that the weight is not carried by the electrically conductive copper strands, but by specially designed, mechanically stable elements: For this purpose, we design round cables with a central support element and flat cables with two external support elements.

Depending on the requirements and the construction space available, steel cables, aramid cores, hemp or sisal cords are used. In order to prevent warping and looping of the cables during use, a supporting braid is integrated into the outer jacket. These braids prevent torsion of the cables during use and can also absorb forces.

The support elements are either laid using mechanical clamping systems or pulled using stockings, which ensures that the electrical conductors can carry out constant movements while being relieved of tension.

In doing so, we significantly extend the service life of these cable systems. After all, reliability is something that all passengers want, isn't it?
