OUR CABLES GET YOU ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP.

Several fundamental requirements need to be fulfilled in the lift construction and technology sector to ensure the safety of passengers/objects and the reliability of the conveyor technology.

First, the cables used in the process have to withstand severe mechanical loads. Therefore, they should exhibit high flexible fatigue strength because several hundreds of rides per day are quite common for passenger lifts in office buildings. This means permanent stress also for the cable technology - throughout several years. The utilised cables thus have to be extremely robust and wear-free, also under the aspect that the technology is exposed to changing climatic conditions throughout the year, depending on the application area.

Naturally, lifts also have to comply with the highest standards in terms of safety. Among other, structural fire protection plays a decisive role. The obligations with respect to admissible materials are particularly strict. Furthermore, the safe wiring of elevators naturally implies much more than the mere energy supply while ensuring compliance with fire protection. It also involves the establishment of communication conduits to ensure emergency communication with the outside in case of a standstill.

In addition, the entertainment of passengers is becoming more and more of a focus. Our cables also meet these requirements (Cat 7).

We therefore develop and produce lift conduits and lift cables precisely according to the requirements and specifications of our customers. Depending on the expected load profile, we design cables and conduits, select the admissible materials and also combine cable systems with carrying elements, if required.

WE PRODUCE THE FOLLOWING CONDUIT TYPES FOR DEPLOYMENT IN LIFT CONSTRUCTION.
